Ushers-Greeters

The ushers/greeters are usually the first people you meet when you come into the church. Whether you are new or old at Epiphany, we hope that you feel warmly welcomed to our community. The ushers are also representatives of the parish when they bring the gifts of bread and the wine to the altar for consecration before the celebration of the Eucharist. In addition they collect the offering from the congregation.

This ministry is open to anyone who wishes to participate. Margaret Barlow is the scheduler for the 8:00 a.m. service and on special occasions of Easter and Christmas Eve. There are currently 8 couples who share the usher ministry at this service. Bill Culbertson serves as the coordinator for the 10:30 a.m. service. We welcome anyone who would like to serve in this ministry.
